You must fill out both forms for you and your group in a timely manner to be included in the video and to receive receive any of the benefits granted to your group, which may include, online viewing access for you, complimentary DVD of your championship event and other benefits as coordinated with your competitive association.

Failure to complete this form may result in a video of your unit being available for subscribers with no audio, muted audio, or even possibly substituted audio. This may apply online or on DVD. • All teams are filmed as a result of contracts with your competitive associations, whom oversee and coordinate your events.
• All teams music licensing may be achieved/fixed/coordinated by Alliance Media or the unit depending on circumstances. For the unit director to receive benefits, such as free DVD of Championships, and free multi-day online access to the "Network", the unit must fully cooperate by completing two forms, and sending any related forms and paperwork to Alliance Media by fax 888-852-2970, or electronically, to info@alliancemedia1.com
• When signing up for your competitions, you accept your circuit's arrangements to make decisions for units regarding photography, content, and conduct. They are heretofore known as the "Client" with whom our decisions and contacts are made.
• Groups do not have the authority to affect video recordings made under contract with competitive associations who coordinate performances in public venues. Alliance Media retains the right to diminsh, mute, or even substitute different audio if said unit fails to fill out required show information forms. Video content is owned by Alliance Media, while audio content must be licensed, and obtaining licensing details depends on the cooperation of directors, who expect to receive benefits, which will only be given when information is provided
